Data for South Korea COVID-19 Early Response Journal Article

I have been busy writing a journal article on my research findings regarding South Korean government's relatively successful response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It builds upon a rather extensive set of government briefings issues by the South Korean government. It has been translated and categorized on two themes of mobilization and coordination. A narrative of events were further reconstructed based on this data. They are available for download and viewing below. Beneath it, there is a zip folder that contains the raw source data of daily government briefings during the pandemic that is in Korean.
